Terms and Conditions

1.) You must be 18 or older to try, purchase, or use these products.

2.) All of our liquid lines are currently being drop-shipped by the individual vendors. If your order contains products from multiple brands, you should expect to receive separate shipments. Each order requires 2 business days to process and ship out. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Shipping is estimated between 3-5 business days.  

3.) International shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Estimates are available during checkout when purchasing on

4.) When shipping internationally, we are not responsible for knowing the Customs Policies of the countries you select to ship our product to. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund if your order does not pass inspection at the point of entry and is returned to, Blue Orb Vapor Trading, the sender.

5.) We are not responsible for items lost in transit, items sent to the wrong address, nor international fees charged by your country or third parties.

6.) Missing and damaged items must be claimed within 7 days of "Delivered" status update via the tracking information.

7.) 30 day warranties exist on manufacturing defects ONLY. Usage based defects are issues caused by mistreatment and/or misuse of products. The following examples are NOT included in the warranty. Usage based defects include, but are not limited to: 

• Batteries that have dropped. 
• Batteries that have separated. 
• Wires becoming exposed. 
• Batteries that break inside a pocket, purse, or bag. 
• Batteries that have been exposed to water. 
• Bent atomizers.
• Damage to products due to user negligence.

8.) All retail sales on E-liquids are final without exception; With e-liquids, taste is subjective, therefore e-liquids that have been opened and/or used cannot be exchanged for another flavor or returned. (Wholesalers, please read our Guarantee.)

10.) Customers are responsible for return shipping unless they have been sent the wrong product.
